Delivery Information and Policy

  • Our standard delivery fee is $10 to Disney Resorts and surrounding areas. Areas outside of Disney/Non-Surrounding areas, delivery cost is $15.

  • Orders Off Disney Property or Non-surrounding areas minimum $100.

  • Our average delivery times are between 5am to 7am. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for your order.

  • We will notify you as soon as your order has been delivered at Front Desk, Bell Services or Luggage Assistance, Via Email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!

    • If you are sending a gift or are a Travel Agent: Let your customer know you have a gift/order from them.

  • The Disney Resorts will hold your orders for you, there is no need for you or your client to be present or meet with us at the delivery date.

  • We do NOT DELIVER TO:

    • Disney Parks

    • Disney Springs.

    • Universal Area.

    • Seaworld Area.

  • If you are receiving your order at another Hotel/Resort (Not Disney Resorts) please confirm with the front desk that they will receive your order and keep it refrigerated (if necessary) until you personally pick it up.

  • If you receiving a delivery to a House, Airbnb or VRBO we will request more information to coordinate the delivery (Such as being present at the property, coordinate the delivery hour range, if it is a gate community provide us the access, etc).

  • Once the order has been delivered Deliada Home Bakery is no longer responsible for the product. It is the client's responsibility to ensure goodies are picked up in a timely manner. We are not responsible for the mishandling of the product by the hotel/resort staff. We will make sure your order is delivered in perfect conditions. We will take pictures of the product upon delivery.

  • If the delivery of your order could not be made by customer responsibility:

    • Error in the delivery date.

    • Resort is unable to locate the guest or reservation with data you provided.

    • Guest changed resorts and didn't let us know.

    • We will coordinate a new order without refund and the customer will be responsible for the charge for the delivery (Subject to availability).
